Horizontal, fully wet-back, three-pass design with an integrated layout that is compact and aesthetically pleasing. Features a rational heat transfer surface design that effectively controls flue gas resistance. Equipped with a unique removable smoke box for easy maintenance, the smoke box features a double-seal structure to prevent smoke leakage. A control system combining a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)with a touch screen, supplemented by push-button controls, enables dual-path intelligent control(manual and automatic).

Comprehensive safety interlock protection ensures safe and efficient boiler operation. Multple boilers can be networked for operation without the need for a master control console, any boiler equipped with a PLC can serve as the control unit to manage the group The system automatcally selects the number of boilers to operate and distributes the load among thembased on user demand. A tubular economizer is positioned at the upper rear, featuring a compact design that facilitates disassembly and saves space in the boiler room.

Optimal flue gas temperature control ensures boiler eficiency while preventing flue gas condensation, thereby extending the service life of the economizer. Equipped with Yonsin's newly designed spring-loaded explosion-proof dor, which automatcally returns toits original position after pressure relief, ensuring boiler safety. Features comprehensive online help, mult-level Chinese pop-up menus, and trouble shooting guides, greatly facilitating user operation and maintenance.

Technical Overview

This process diagram illustrates the complete circulating operation of the Yongxin hot water boiler system, covering fuel combustion, feedwater treatment and user heat supply loops. 
Natural gas is delivered via the yellow fuel pipeline to the burner, with regulated air intake controlled by electric dampers for stable boiler combustion; exhaust gas is discharged through the chimney after heat exchange inside the boiler unit. 
On the water side, raw water first flows into the water softener and softened water tank for water quality treatment. Treated makeup water is pumped into the buffer tank via makeup & chemical dosing pumps, where chemical reagents are added to condition boiler water, then fed into the main boiler body to absorb combustion heat. 
Heated hot water circulates through the red supply pipeline to manifold for end-user heat consumption; cooled return water flows back via the green return pipeline to the collector, then cycles back to the softened water tank to complete closed-loop circulation. 
Equipped with comprehensive blowdown valves, safety vents, pressure & temperature monitoring instruments and assorted control valves, the whole system realizes automatic stable operation, safe blowdown and full closed energy circulation.
